Service Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Inspect and repair Pella products
• evaluate symptoms to determine issues
• advise customers on warranty and product questions and appropriate charges
• communicate project information electronically and to in-house service coordinators
• maintain service-parts inventory
• keep the company-provided vehicle in good working order
• use basic hand tools and follow a flexible travel schedule.
