What you'll do

• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house employee performance

• complete operational checklists, line checks, opening and closing lists, and safe and deposit logs
• manage guest-experience metrics and food-safety standards
• follow food ordering, inventory, cash, and labor procedures.

Why this role

Previous Shift Leader experience and completion of a 90-day train-the-trainer course are required. Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays; must complete Smashburger training.
