What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact for the night manager or supervisor
• provide supervisor backup across projects
• coordinate shift coverage and same-day requests
• secure facilities at shift start and end
• communicate supply needs
• assign tasks and monitor team members
• report staff, quality, attendance, or performance issues
• support laundry management and new-hire training
• submit and check job cards and audit quality reports
• clean assigned areas and perform vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, dusting, restroom and glass cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking.
