The Regulatory Compliance Manager role is in person in Poughkeepsie, NY. Compensation is $55,000–$65,000 annually. Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare and extended-day, summer, early learning, and pre-kindergarten programs across approximately 15 states. The manager builds and monitors systems that help the organization meet childcare regulations and licensing requirements. The role’s central purpose is to ensure children’s required medical and health documentation is complete and current, while giving leadership visibility into compliance across programs and states.

What you'll do

• Maintain state-by-state medical and regulatory requirements
• track missing and expiring child documentation
• coordinate collection and follow-up
• audit records and report compliance metrics
• monitor licensing, permits, renewals, inspections, and corrective actions
• track employee requirements and staffing ratios
• develop compliance systems, dashboards, reminders, guides, and training materials
• communicate regulatory changes and work across departments.
