Founding General Manager — Pilates Studio

What you'll do

• Lead local marketing, community relationships, events, and founding-member pipeline
• recruit, onboard, and develop the instructor and studio team
• establish operating processes, schedules, and staffing plans
• coordinate launch readiness, vendors, and equipment
• drive membership sales and monitor launch metrics
• provide performance updates to ownership
• complete instructor training and teach an average of six to eight classes weekly.
