Marketing Data Scientist

The Marketing Data Scientist role is onsite in Chanhassen, MN. Compensation is $90,000–$120,000 per year. The role works across Marketing and Operations teams to deliver client outcomes for IWCO Direct. The data scientist develops and improves predictive models, audience strategies, marketing experiments, and measurement frameworks. By translating customer data into actionable recommendations and communicating findings to client and executive audiences, the role supports better targeting, campaign performance, and client decisions.

What you'll do

• Develop predictive models for targeting, response prediction, retention, and other marketing uses
• manage model feature engineering, development, assessment, and improvement
• assess customer datasets and recommend analytical approaches
• prepare data and support campaign operations, segmentation, list generation, file processing, and data appends
• design marketing tests and measurement datasets
• use AI tools to streamline workflows
• collaborate with Marketing and Operations
• follow data security and governance standards
• present findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
