The Design Manager – Owner’s Representative, Data Center Construction role is onsite in Ashburn, VA. Compensation is $135,000–$185,000 per year. KALCON is hiring for a hyperscale data center build from concept through construction administration.

What you'll do

• Lead multidisciplinary design coordination
• manage design schedules, documentation, submittals, and RFIs
• coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and tenant fit-out scopes
• oversee construction administration, change management, cost reviews, permitting, quality documentation, and risk tracking
• and report project status to stakeholders.
