What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain JAMF Pro infrastructure
• manage macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices
• configure profiles, policies, smart groups, and automated workflows
• manage Apple Business Manager integration and Automated Device Enrollment
• support software deployment, patching, upgrades, and device lifecycle management
• troubleshoot escalated JAMF and macOS incidents and perform root cause analysis
• implement security baselines and compliance policies
• develop automation using Bash, shell scripting, Python, or AppleScript
• maintain technical documentation
• participate in change, problem, and release activities
• provide guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 teams.
