What you'll do

• Complete teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments
• open new accounts
• address client issues
• introduce and sell bank products
• answer calls and handle inquiries
• seek prospects and follow up by phone, mail, or email
• log client interactions in bank software
• meet performance goals
• maintain accurate cash counts
• complete sales training and compliance testing
• submit reports
• participate in meetings and assist with training new Relationship Tellers.
