Part-Time Key Holder — St. Johns Town Center

The Part-Time Key Holder role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, with stated pay of $18–$24 per hour. The position represents Rhone’s customer-focused retail experience at its St. Johns Town Center location and reports to the Store Manager. The Key Holder leads on the sales floor, supports customer service and store operations, and helps team members deliver product knowledge and a positive customer experience. The role also supports store presentation, inventory handling, and communication with store management.

What you'll do

• Lead on the sales floor and serve as a point of contact for customer service and operational questions
• mentor team members and provide feedback and recognition
• gather customer and team feedback for store management
• recommend products based on customer needs
• maintain sales-floor presentation, signage, and displays
• support shipping and receiving
• keep the stockroom organized
• build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners
• open and close the store as needed.
