What you'll do

• Run first-shift machining operations for approximately 15–20 employees
• oversee safety, quality, productivity, staffing, machine utilization, and department performance
• improve equipment, tooling, processes, staffing, and workflow
• maintain 6S and advance Lean and continuous improvement
• drive cross-training
• prepare labor forecasts, productivity measures, cost reports, and staffing plans
• partner on SOPs
• manage budgets and shared resources
• support AS9100 and safety, environmental, customer-quality, and audit requirements.
