What you'll do

• Greet guests at the hotel entrance
• load and unload luggage carts
• tag and store luggage
• escort guests to rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities
• deliver items to guest rooms
• assist with room changes
• stock the pantry when needed
• maintain local attraction and transportation information
• perform house attendant functions when staffing shortages occur
• follow safety and sustainability practices.
