What you'll do

• Serve as the operational contact for assigned facilities
• communicate with facility leadership and providers
• coordinate provider schedules, coverage changes, onboarding, access, credentialing readiness, and training
• monitor coverage and identify staffing gaps
• support recruiting and provider placement
• address operational concerns and escalate unresolved issues
• maintain schedules and coverage records
• implement plans for new contracts and service expansions
• coordinate facility meetings
• monitor service delivery and contractual coverage
• prepare operational reports
• support after-hours operational needs and scheduling issues as necessary.
