What you'll do

• Maintain food-safety and quality management systems and performance targets
• manage quality-assurance staff and product testing
• maintain plant procedures and documentation
• prepare for and participate in customer and regulatory audits
• investigate deviations, returns, and complaints and coordinate corrective actions
• support new product development and report plant performance.
