What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily crew activities
• plan work assignments and coordinate labor and equipment
• anticipate material needs and communicate resource requirements to the Superintendent
• train and develop crew members
• coordinate with project inspectors
• identify and address safety hazards
• request surveying or layout support as needed
• communicate scheduling and planned absences
• work the hours necessary to meet project schedules and operational demands.
