What you'll do

• Support daily field operations on geotechnical construction projects
• perform and assist with drilling activities
• follow company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements
• assist with quality control
• operate, inspect, and help maintain drilling equipment and tools
• communicate job progress, challenges, and field conditions
• report safety concerns, equipment issues, risks, and delays
• coordinate daily work activities as directed
• support team members
• contribute field input on equipment needs, production methods, and workflow improvements
• participate in training.
