Property Manager

What you'll do

• Respond to calls and emails
• inspect property areas
• schedule tours and support leasing
• plan resident events and marketing
• monitor rent reports and contact residents
• coordinate move-ins, move-outs, vendors, maintenance, invoices, contracts, and project bids
• maintain accurate property listings
• supervise assistant property managers as applicable.
