What you'll do

• Lead and supervise HR Generalists and Talent Acquisition Consultants
• manage performance, employee and labor relations, investigations, training, and development
• oversee leave administration and hiring and onboarding
• advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR policies
• manage Workday transactions and reporting
• maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
• protect confidential personnel records
• coordinate with internal HR, payroll, benefits, and risk teams.
