Franchise Business Partner

What you'll do

• Drive comparable sales growth through assortment, production targets, and event planning
• ensure franchisees purchase expected raw materials and follow production specifications
• support customer engagement and feedback
• assist with grand openings, site assessments, permits, and competition analysis
• maintain retailer relationships and address concerns
• support food safety checks and quality education
• support franchisee recruitment
• ensure operational standards for stocked displays and assigned daily missions.
