What you'll do

• Open the restaurant for daily operations
• supervise team members preparing the restaurant, including cleaning and food preparation, until the opening manager arrives
• serve guests and process transactions
• prepare and present food according to recipes and standards
• maintain product knowledge
• complete cleaning and stocking
• follow food safety, sanitation, and cost-control procedures
• assist other team members as needed.
