The Industrial Painter role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI, with first-, second-, and third-shift hiring. Compensation is $20.75–$32.00 per hour. The painter applies coatings to structural steel and custom-fabricated metal components, inspects finishes, maintains equipment and work areas, and supports other painting or assembly tasks. This work helps Doral expand its painting capabilities while meeting shop quality and safety expectations.

What you'll do

• Apply surface coatings to completed parts with handheld spray guns
• inspect parts before and after painting
• handle and dispose of waste as directed
• clean and maintain paint equipment
• operate paint equipment and machines
• correct small finish imperfections
• maintain safe, clean work areas
• perform routine and preventive maintenance
• fill in across painting and assembly as directed.
