What you'll do

• Assess technology tools and workflows
• audit and restructure Google Drive storage
• assess stakeholder needs and file permissions
• propose directory architecture and naming conventions
• establish role-based access and data-security practices
• migrate active files and archive duplicates
• document procedures and create user guides
• train staff
• research AI tools and knowledge-base options
• recommend tools with cost and security considerations
• support onboarding materials and ongoing system maintenance.
