The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Great Falls, MT, supporting residents in group-home and community settings. Pay is $22–$30 per hour. Infinity Healthcare Services provides direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision, the RBT implements individualized behavior plans, records progress data, and supports residents’ communication, self-help, adaptive skills, independence, and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• provide direct support and supervision in group-home and community settings
• collect and record behavior and progress data
• collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members
• support communication, self-help, and adaptive skills
• participate in team meetings, training, and BCBA supervision
• maintain confidentiality and follow BACB ethical guidelines.
