What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and local businesses
• pursue new business to increase occupancy and revenue
• conduct outside sales calls, networking, presentations, and site tours
• coordinate with Operations, Front Office, Catering, and Sales
• prepare proposals, contracts, rate agreements, and reports
• monitor market and competitor activity
• support sales and marketing strategies
• manage existing accounts and solicit new business
• promote Marriott programs and standards
• and maintain client records and sales pipelines.
