Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Afternoons and Weekends

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works onsite in Canton, GA, on a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. Pay is $27–$30 per hour. Magical Moments ABA’s mission is to provide compassionate, family-centered ABA therapy. The RBT provides direct care according to BCBA-created treatment plans, tracks client behavior and progress, and collaborates with caregivers and clinical professionals. This work supports effective therapy and helps clients and families address behavioral needs.

What you'll do

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings following BCBA treatment protocols
• collect and record behavior and progress data in Central Reach
• maintain a safe, supportive environment
• communicate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and families
• complete required training and documentation
• collaborate with BCBAs on plan adjustments.
