Recruiter — Internal, Temp-to-Perm Staffing

The Internal Recruiter role is primarily onsite at the South Huntsville office, with work at the Decatur office as requested. Pay is $40,000–$50,000 per year based on experience, plus a bonus structure. Vervic Human Capital Solutions recruits for temporary-to-hire roles across production, manufacturing, warehouse operations, and other client needs. The recruiter sources and evaluates candidates, coordinates placements and onboarding, and maintains accurate applicant records. By managing multiple openings and communicating with candidates, employees, clients, and internal colleagues, the role supports staffing needs and recruiting performance goals.

What you'll do

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community partnerships, and direct outreach
• create job postings and manage responses
• conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews
• attend job fairs and recruiting events
• coordinate drug screens and onboarding paperwork
• complete E-Verify checks
• match candidates to assignments and coordinate interviews, placements, and start dates
• maintain applicant tracking records
• communicate hiring and placement progress
• support recruiting at the Decatur office when requested. Executive recruitment opportunities may be assigned.
