What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients
• administer and record medications and treatments
• assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• reinforce health instructions for patients and families
• participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• observe and report vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
• document responses to care
• support unit management as assigned.
