What you'll do

• Support daily opening and closing and store operations
• assist with supervising paid staff and volunteers
• support recruitment, training, onboarding, work assignments, and feedback
• help resolve customer, staff, and volunteer issues
• follow security, sales, personnel, and recordkeeping procedures
• maintain staffing coverage and cover shifts as needed
• assist customers
• support expense management, net contribution goals, cash handling, deposits, and receipts
• process donations through sorting, tagging, pricing, and merchandising
• maintain clean, organized sales floors and displays
• support facility safety and upkeep
• represent the organization’s mission professionally.
