What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, evaluate, and schedule staff

• implement sales and customer engagement programs
• develop customer-count and loyalty strategies
• collaborate with Pro Market Team Managers to grow wholesale business
• oversee ordering and profit/loss
• coach staff on product knowledge and sales
• monitor performance goals
• enforce policies and asset protection standards
• ensure timely Omni orders
• serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
