What you'll do

• Clean assigned areas and the dish room
• check and record dish machine temperatures
• care for china and flatware
• put away and rotate supplies
• deliver food carts and late trays when assigned
• wash pots, pans, utensils, and carts
• operate the dish machine
• assist with tray-line service and simple food preparation
• post dining room menus
• use appropriate cleaning chemicals and procedures
• and train personnel through the buddy system.
