What you'll do

• Conduct home- and community-based therapy
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and skill-building
• collaborate with case managers, schools, and community resources
• document client progress
• participate in treatment team meetings
• provide family psychoeducation
• provide on-call crisis support as needed
• attend supervision and training.
