The Specialist Project Manager III role is onsite in Durango, CO, with a salary range of $100,000–$125,000 per year. The position supports Agile Space Industries’ rocket engine programs and development of propulsion for space missions. The project manager leads mission-critical propulsion projects from development through qualification and lifecycle support. The role coordinates technical planning, schedules, risks, resources, and stakeholders to help achieve program objectives and delivery commitments.

What you'll do

• Lead mission-critical propulsion projects
• serve as lead interface with internal leadership and external stakeholders or customers
• drive strategic alignment, technical prioritization, and coordination across programs
• track and report performance metrics
• maintain program baselines
• participate in formal program reviews and PMO governance
• manage planning, schedules, risks, resources, budgets, and performance
• may own a portfolio of propulsion subsystems or upgrades
• use project management tools and methodologies including Microsoft Project, Jira, EVM, and Agile or hybrid frameworks.
