What you'll do

• Prepare food products according to prescribed methods and recipes
• follow cook times and maintain food quality
• receive and store products according to local health regulations
• maintain a clean and safe kitchen, floors, storage areas, and station
• follow health, safety, sanitation, storage, and rotation procedures
• label and date prepared products
• operate and clean kitchen equipment
• communicate with coworkers and management
• read tickets and assemble or dismantle the workstation.
