The Dietary Cook role is onsite in Claremont, NC, at Catawba Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Pay is $14 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardized recipes
• plate and garnish cooked items
• act as liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence
• clean the kitchen and culinary equipment before and after food service
• manage inventory and stock rotation
• assist with purchasing
• support recipe development and compliance
• handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
