Business Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and leadership materials
• analyze data and follow up on missing information
• develop and maintain SOPs and workflows
• coordinate system implementations and operational projects
• support recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, training, and employee reviews
• track credentials and contracts
• coordinate vendors, facilities, travel, and shared operational needs
• review accounts payable submissions for documentation and routing.
