What you'll do

• Supervise nursing staff providing direct resident care and help ensure adequate certified nursing assistant coverage.
• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations, policies and procedures, quality assurance, surveys, discharge planning, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Develop work assignments, delegate responsibilities to charge nurses, conduct rounds, monitor staffing and absenteeism, review nurses’ notes, and provide direct nursing care.
