What you'll do

• Lead lift maintenance and electrical teams
• recruit, coach, and develop staff
• oversee workforce planning and training
• ensure compliance with applicable lift codes, OSHA, EPA, and company policies
• oversee inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and records
• manage parts and equipment inventory, budgets, capital projects, and asset planning
• coordinate with regulatory agencies, manufacturers, contractors, and resort leadership.
