What you'll do

• Provide primary and consultative care to adult patients
• assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• conduct histories, examinations, and ongoing assessments
• develop treatment and preventive care plans
• coordinate with specialists and ancillary services
• educate patients about diagnoses, medications, and lifestyle changes
• support safe transitions and follow-up
• maintain clinical documentation
• participate in quality improvement and patient safety
• supervise or educate trainees or advanced practice providers as applicable.
