The project manager leads Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise transformation delivery from initiation through go-live and stabilization. The role coordinates cross-functional workstreams, governance, schedules, risks, and stakeholders to support on-time execution and sustainable adoption of ERP-enabled change.

What you'll do

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, enhancements, migrations, and transformation programs from charter through go-live and hypercare
• manage concurrent workstreams and integrated plans
• maintain schedules, milestone plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, RACI matrices, and executive status reports
• coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, systems integrators, and vendors
• facilitate planning, requirements, fit-gap, and checkpoint sessions
• drive governance, executive updates, decisions, and escalations
• manage critical paths, overdue actions, and blockers
• coordinate integrations, reporting, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment without owning technical solution design
• partner with finance stakeholders on budget tracking, forecasts, variance reporting, and readiness
• manage vendor and systems integrator performance.
