The Flatbed and Hotshot Driver role is onsite in Portland, TN. Compensation is based on a share of qualifying weekly gross revenue: 25% below $4,000, 27.5% from $4,000 to $4,999.99, and 30% at $5,000 or more; weekly revenue and income are not guaranteed. Outside The Wire Logistics LLC is a Purple Heart veteran-owned, SDVOSB-certified carrier focused on safe operations, secure freight, and reliable service. The driver operates assigned truck-and-trailer equipment and completes local, regional, or over-the-road deliveries. Safe equipment operation, secure freight handling, professional coordination, and complete delivery paperwork support dependable carrier service and accurate weekly payroll.

What you'll do

• Safely operate assigned truck-and-trailer equipment
• inspect the truck, trailer, hitch, tires, lights, brakes, and securement equipment
• distribute, secure, inspect, and protect freight
• complete accepted local, regional, or over-the-road deliveries
• communicate with dispatch, brokers, shippers, and receivers
• obtain pickup and delivery documentation and submit complete paperwork
• follow applicable DOT, hours-of-service, cargo-securement, safety, weight, dimension, and customer requirements.
