What you'll do

• Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through the employee’s first day
• schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• coordinate offer paperwork and maintain applicant records
• update employee records and HR systems
• assist with employment changes and documentation
• support benefits administration, HRIS, payroll processes, and audits
• prepare HR reports and tracking materials
• coordinate employee communications, engagement, recognition, and events
• maintain compliance records
• respond to routine employee questions
• support HR projects while handling sensitive information confidentially.
