This entry-level development role builds the sales, service, and product knowledge needed for agronomy sales work. It contributes to territory growth by developing customer relationships, supporting product sales, and assisting with field scouting and recommendations alongside a Sales Agronomist.

What you'll do

• Generate sales contacts with support from managers and Sales Agronomists
• develop sales and service skills and product knowledge
• build confidence in cold calling
• sell agronomy products and services when appropriate
• scout fields and make recommendations with a Sales Agronomist
• assist customers and respond to complaints
• grow assigned territory sales over two to three years
• follow safety requirements.
