This supervisor leads daily fulfillment execution so recognition orders are processed accurately, safely, efficiently, and on time. The role coordinates workflow, staffing, inventory issue resolution, quality, and communication across fulfillment and partner teams to meet customer commitments.

What you'll do

• Lead daily fulfillment operations, including order prioritization, picking, auditing, packing, kitting, and shipping. Assign work and adjust staffing and workflow as needs change. Coordinate rush and special-handling orders

• monitor order accuracy, safety, and performance
• communicate operational updates and improvement opportunities.
