What you'll do

• Deliver classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training using adult learning principles
• coordinate onboarding and training initiatives
• administer learning platforms, curricula, assignments, records, and reports
• develop and maintain eLearning content
• support Training Within Industry Job Instruction, coaching, and audits
• lead training projects and evaluate technologies and reporting solutions
• support departmental training leads and subject matter experts.
