Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Pico Rivera, CA; compensation is $26–$28 per hour. The position supports Fidelis Logistics’ manufacturing team by maintaining machinery and systems for safe, reliable operation. The role helps minimize equipment downtime and support production by inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and documenting mechanical and electrical systems, while coordinating with production staff and other technicians.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on machinery and electrical systems, including VFDs
• diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• repair wiring, motors, controls, and PLCs
• assist with equipment installation and upgrades
• document work in CMMS
• maintain parts inventory
• follow OSHA and company safety requirements.
