Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid, serving children and families throughout Nebraska with primarily remote work and one required in-person visit per month. Compensation is up to $80 per hour, with negotiable rates based on experience. BK Behavior offers a dedicated BCBA Success Manager and support for additional state licensure. The BCBA conducts behavioral assessments, develops individualized Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans, supervises behavior technicians, monitors client progress, and collaborates with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. The role supports meaningful clinical progress while maintaining accurate documentation and ethical and clinical standards.
