The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid, full-time, and based in Winston-Salem, NC, in the Winston-Salem/Triad area. Salary is $100,000–$115,000 annually. Advanceable ABA provides clinical services to children with autism and their families. The BCBA oversees assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and supervision of ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. The role supports measurable client outcomes through data-informed care, RBT supervision, caregiver training, and collaboration with families and other providers.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior and skill assessments
• develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• analyze data and adjust programs
• supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
• train parents and caregivers
• collaborate with families and providers
• complete clinical documentation
• follow BACB ethical standards and payer requirements
• advocate for clients across home, school, and community settings.
