Quality Assurance Consultant

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain QA standards
• develop and document test strategies for client implementations
• create end-to-end scenarios and test cases
• build testing frameworks for business process validation
• promote testing processes and assets
• define and track QA metrics
• contribute to test automation
• execute test plans and document results
• identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve system issues
• build knowledge of the Genesys platform
• collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client-facing discussions when needed.
