What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Cat factory technology and Trimble on- and off-machine systems
• lead equipment technology startups and train operators
• verify machine technology functionality and accuracy at delivery
• provide product, application, maintenance, and operation training
• advise clients on machine and job-site operations
• review quotes for accuracy and completeness
• support clients by phone and in person
• communicate information to help resolve technology issues.
