Test & Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop repeatable test plans and methodologies for hardware and software.
• Perform functional, interoperability, and performance testing in a laboratory environment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, databases, and network-connected devices.
• Analyze test data to identify defects and performance concerns.
• Prepare technical evaluation reports and field notices.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment and support.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for applications and databases.
• Support software deployments and configuration management.
• Assist with diagnosing API and backend process issues.
• Collaborate with developers and field support to resolve technical problems.
• Develop automation tools to improve testing efficiency.
